Reina by Toddlergirl

This is , as drawn by . Reina kinda-sorta-suggested that I color Sammy's sketch of her ([link]), but I wanted to anyway, so after making sure everybody was OK with it, here is what I came up with.

This is an example of how anywhere can become a playground to a small child. I was thinking of setting this in a room on a starship or starbase something like the Ten-Forward Lounge aboard the Enterprise-D, so I looked at a picture of it to remind myself what it looks like, and I noticed it had these bright glowy floor lines, so suddenly it hit me -- that's what Reina's doing, following the floor lights!

I couldn't find a free picture of the stars outside the window of a spaceship that's going warp speed, so I just made my own. I hope it's not too bad.

Line art is, of course, by (she is taking commissions, by the way) using Sai. For the colors and backgrounds I used GIMP for Painters with GPS.
